WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- Job seekers should proofread their resume, and go to Wausau Monday. A Jobs Fair is being hosted at the University of Wisconsin Marathon County Field House starting at 9:00 a.m.
The event is being coordinated by Congressman Sean Duffy’s office and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. Duffy says they are expecting about ninety local businesses to take part in the job fair, and they cover a wide variety of careers.
The free event is open to everyone, and lasts until 2 o’clock. It offers positions ranging from internships to full time hourly and salaried careers.
The UWMC Fieldhouse is located at 600 South 7th Avenue in Wausau.
