(Indianapolis, IN) — The Milwaukee Bucks only trailed by four at half, but they collapsed in the third period and lost big to Indiana 123-86. That was Milwaukee’s third straight loss and it completes a disastrous Eastern Conference road trip at oh-and-three.
The Pacers led by 40 at one point in the fourth period. Shoddy defense was the story in the three Milwaukee losses. Indiana sliced through the Bucks “D” for 50 points in the paint, while hitting 15-of-30 3-point shots. Milwaukee committed 23 turnovers and shot just 43 percent from the field.
Greg Monroe led Bucks scoring with 11 points. He also had 14 rebounds and three assists, even though he played just 24 minutes.
The Bucks return home to play Detroit Monday night.
