DETROIT, MI (WSAU) - Chrysler has issued a recall on several Chrysler 200 and Dodge Avenger cars made since October. The company says the 2013 Chrysler 200 and the Avengers made during a four day stretch around Halloween may have a faulty control valve in the fuel tank assembly. This problem could lead to an engine stall or possible fuel leakage.
Chrysler is notifying owners, and dealers will inspect the fuel tank assembly and replace any defects free of charge through March. Owners may contact Chrysler at 1-800-247-9753.
