WESTON, WI (WSAU) -  A man driving a sport utility vehicle nearly struck a Weston house after passing out at the wheel. This happened Thursday morning at 4104 E. Everest Avenue, nearly across from Aspirus Weston Clinic.

The man was apparently suffering from a medical condition when he drove his Suburban through the mailbox and into a yard, missing a house by just inches.

Homeowner Emma Hoffman attended to the driver until emergency crews arrived. She was inside the house about five feet away from the passing vehicle.
