MARION, Wis (WSAU) Family members say the home of an elderly couple who died was burglarized just days after their deaths in Shawano County.

90-year-old Eldore Mielke and 90-year-old Malinda Mielke died within a day of each other. They'd been married for 68-years. They both died of complications from the flu. Their home in Marion was broken into and burglarized a day later.

A relative says they're in shock that thieves would stoop so low. The couple's will and property deeds were stolen. Cash that was kept in the home was taken and a rare-coin collection is also missing.

Police say they're investigating, but no arrests have been made so far.
