MONTELLO, WI (WSAU) - A Marshfield man arrested in Marquette County on heroin charges has reached a plea agreement.
26-year-old Jacob Immerfall was one of three arrested last March when a police canine sniffed out the drugs and paraphernalia during a traffic stop on I-39 near Packwaukee.
Immerfall faced three charges, but two of them will be dismissed and read into the sentence. He entered a no contest plea in court Wednesday to a charge of possession with intent to deliver heroin. He will spend a year-and-a-half in prison followed by three years on extended supervision.
27-year-old Michael Reimer of Merrill and 23-year old Katrina Dunow of Marshfield were also arrested in the same traffic stop, but their charges have been dismissed.
