WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- There’s no lack of places to go and things to do on the 4th of July. Many area communities have parades, fireworks displays, and other events planned.
One of the events for the Wausau area is the Jaycee’s annual 4th of July celebration at Marathon Park. The event features fireworks on the 4th at dusk, plus live music, carnival rides, and a demolition derby. The Jaycee’s event runs through Sunday.

Riverfront Rendezvous starts today in Stevens Point, and runs through Saturday night. The parade is at Noon on the 4th, and fireworks are Saturday at dusk. Here is a list of activities for everything at Pfiffner Pioneer Park this weekend.
