MILWAUKEE, WI (LEARFIELD-WSAU) Kyle Lohse will try to get the Milwaukee Brewers on the right track, as they come out of the All-Star break tonight by hosting the Miami Marlins. Lohse has won four-of-his-last-five decisions. In his last outing, the veteran right-hander suffered his first loss since May 30th. He gave up five runs on four hits last Saturday at Arizona, which included three homers. Lohse is 5-and-7 overall with an E-R-A of just over three-and-two-thirds.

The Marlins will send young right-hander Jacob Turner to the hill. He’s 3-and-1 with a solid E-R-A of two-point-three-three. He’s coming off a four-run victory over Atlanta last Saturday. Turner has given up two runs or less in six-of-his-eight starts since being called up from the minors on May 31st.

The Marlins have the National League’s worst record, but their pitching staff has come on strong lately. They have a combined E-R-A of two-point-nine-eight over their last 26 games. The Brewers have the league’s second-worst record.

The Crew’s starting pitching has been a little better lately – but Milwaukee still has a team of E-R-A of four-point-eight-six for the year.
