WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) - Fried food, FFA exhibits and more all return to Marathon Park in Wausau tomorrow with the Wisconsin Valley Fair.

It's the 145th Annual event and organizers say they're trying to outdo themselves. There's a big lineup on the grandstand. Tuesday night Black Stone Cherry takes the stage and Fair administrator Maria Budnik says Wednesday night's act is possibly the biggest one they've had in awhile. "We have Hunter Hayes in the grandstand, showtime is at 7:30, and we're really excited to have him as part of our fair."

The midway opens Tuesday night at 4, with a wristband promotion, and there's some new events for kids to see. Budnik says the new Reptile Adventures event will be a big draw this year. "They have crocodiles and spiders and snake and all the creepy crawly reptile things."

Families looking for a good deal can bring a food donation to the gates. Budnik says they're doing a food drive along with Peyton's Promise. "When you bring a box of cereal with you, you'll get a coupon card to use that day at the fair."

Animal move in starts on Wednesday and exhibits open up throughout the week.
