LINCOLN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) - A northern Wisconsin man is still on the lam, after he narrowly escaped an attempt to arrest him.
A Lincoln County sheriff’s deputy saw 49-year-old Timothy Tutor outside a house on Friday night in his home area of Gleason.
Officials said Tutor fled before he could be nabbed.
A K-9 officer from Tomahawk helped with a search, but the dog lost the scent.
Officers believe two Gleason residents either harbored Tutor, or helped him get away.
Tutor is wanted on numerous counts of not paying child support. He’s been wanted by state probation agents after he first ran off in August of 2011.
Authorities are asking those with information to call the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department, or the county’s Crime Stoppers’ program.
