Phoenix, Az (WSAU) The Cincinnati Reds topped the Milwaukee Brewers 7-6 in a see-saw batte on Friday.
The Reds knocked around Brewer starter Chase Anderson for four runs on seven hits. Only one of the runs was earned.
Chris Carter hit his 3rd home run of the spring for Milwaukee. Kirk Nieuwenhuis had a rbi triple and Ryan Braun added an rbi double for the Crew. Franklin Morales made his Brewer debut with a scoreless inning.
Wily Peralta will be on the mound when the Brewers travel to Tempe to face the Angels on Saturday.
