MERRILL, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Merrill woman will face the judge for additional drug charges Thursday afternoon.
55-year-old Julie Chartier is scheduled to make an initial appearance in Lincoln County, charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, plus charges for possession of the drug and bail jumping.
The bail jumping charge was added because Chartier was out of jail on bond, pending a December 17th jury trial for possession of meth. She has already admitted using the drug at least once a day.
The initial appearance on the new charges is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. before Judge Jay Tlusty.
