WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) - One of the five people arrested in a raid of two Wausau drug houses last November is going to prison. 44-year-old Bernard N. Welch entered into a plea agreement Friday and was found guilty of manufacture with intent to deliver heroin and cocaine. He pled guilty to three charges while the remaining seven charges were dismissed but read into his sentence.
