MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WSAU) - A two-run homer by Rickie Weeks was the big blast as the Milwaukee Brewers wrapped up spring training with a 5-4 win over the White Sox.
Adam Dunn had a solo shot for Chicago. The Brewers used nine pitchers in the last game before they start to count. Starter Tom Gorzelanny gave up three runs, but only one was earned. Logan Schafter’s run-scoring single off Matt Zaleski put Milwaukee ahead to stay.
The two exhibition games at Miller Park drew a little less than 29 thousand fans. Milwaukee opens the regular season at home against the Colorado Rockies.
