MADISON, WI (LEARFIELD-WSAU) Wisconsin linebacker Chris Borland says he's almost 100-percent, after he injured a hamstring two-and-a-half weeks ago.
The fifth-year senior said he could hardly walk a week ago -- but now, he's virtually ready to play. He expects to be in the lineup on Saturday when the Badgers host B-Y-U in a non-conference tilt. Borland leads the 21st-ranked Badgers in solo tackles with 53, and total tackles with 57.
Meanwhile, coach Gary Andersen says he needs more time to decide the fate of several other injured players. Receiver Jared Abbrederis suffered a chest injury in last Saturday's win over Iowa.
The other three players hurt against Iowa all had ankle problems -- linebacker Conor O'Neill, center Dallas Lewallen, and tight end Brian Wozniak.
