MADISON, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Merrill woman has entered into a plea agreement for embezzling money from her former employer. 37-year-old Amy J. Rajek entered a guilty plea in U.S. District Court in Madison Tuesday. Rajek agreed to pay $421,800 in restitution to G3 Industries, Incorporated. Prosecutors say she knowingly forged a check belonging to the company.

Judge William Conley accepted the plea, and scheduled a sentencing date for January 10th. Rajek could get up to ten years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
