WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- The Spencer man charged with threatening a woman at gunpoint will not have his trial start tomorrow after all.
36-year-old Jeffrey Puziewicz is accused of pointing a rifle at the victim April 13th and then firing the weapon into the roof of a shed.
The victim was Puziewicz girlfriend, and they got into an argument.
Puziewicz isn’t supposed to have any weapons since he has been convicted of felonies in the past. If found guilty of these new charges, he could get up to 18 years in prison. Puziewicz is currently in jail, unable to post a $25,000 bond.
New trial dates have not been assigned.
