MINNEAPOLIS (LEARFIELD-WSAU) The University of Wisconsin will make history this afternoon, when the Badgers play at Minnesota in the inaugural Big Ten Conference men's hockey game. You can hear the game on WSAU at 3:30   It starts at four p-m, two hours before Michigan and Ohio State face off in the day's only other Big Ten matchup.  Penn State and Michigan State round out the six-team men's hockey circuit.    Wisconsin is 4-3-and-1 overall, and is ranked 12th by U-S College Hockey Online.  The Badgers were off last weekend.  They'll play a Gophers' team that's ranked first at 9-2-and-1.  Their two-game weekend series will wrap up tomorrow evening.     Each team will play 20 Big Ten contests -- four games against each opponent.       Wisconsin officials said an unofficial conference winner was declared from 1959-through-'81, based on results from W-C-H-A games -- and it was determined that the Badgers won five titles from 1972-through-78.
