WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) A trial date is set for former girls basketball coach Rory McKellips and his wife Constance McKellips. They'll face a jury trial on November 18th on perjury charges.
He was accused of having sexual contact with an underage player. During trial both husband and wife testified that McKellips' genital area was unshaven -- that's different than what the alleged victim said at trial. But several co-workers at the Mosinee paper mill have since come forward and said husband and wife were lying. Those workers use a community shower at the mill.
McKellips was found not guilty on two charges at his original trial, but was convicted of using a computer to facilitate a sex crime. In November he'll also face a separate bail-jumping charge.
