LA CROSSE, WI (WTAQ) - A La Crosse man is awaiting charges after he allegedly stalked his ex-girlfriend, hit five parked cars, and threatened to kill the police officers who arrested him.
Police took the 29-year-old man to jail after Friday night's incident.
Officials said man drove his vehicle into the cars of his ex-girlfriend and four others. One of the vehicles ricocheted into a pedestrian, and the man allegedly bit two witnesses who tried pulling him out of his unit.
Officers used a Taser stun gun twice to get the suspect subdued. He was treated at a hospital before going to the La Crosse County Jail.
He was booked on possible counts of stalking, reckless endangerment, OWI, and battery, among others.
Online court records said the man has a criminal case pending from mid-March. He's due in court May 15th for criminal damage and disorderly conduct.
