WAUKESHA, Wis. (WSAU-Wheeler News) -- State Representative Bill Kramer will face a jury trial in October on sexual assault charges.
Kramer was charged last March with two felonies. Kramer’s attorney says his client will fight allegations he shoved a woman into a car, tried to kiss her, touched her indecently and made inappropriate comments to her outside a Republican Party gathering in Muskego three years ago.
Those charges were filed earlier this year after the former Assembly majority leader was accused of harassing two other women in Washington, D-C, February 26th. Kramer had his position of authority taken away the next month.
He is to return to court October 23rd in Waukesha County.
