RHINELANDER, Wis. (WSAU) -- The Woodruff man arrested about a month ago for an armed road rage incident that led to a school lockdown was back in court Wednesday. 34-year-old Michael Schettino pled not guilty in Oneida county court to intentionally pointing a firearm at a person, possession of a firearm on grounds of a school, carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct.
Schettino was arrested in the Minocqua-Hazelhurst-Lake Tomahawk Elementary School parking lot May 16th. Officers found a .40 caliber handgun in his car after the incident.
Schettino is free on a $1,500 cash bond, but cannot enter any school district’s property as part of his bond conditions. He will be back in court August 19th.
