WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) A suspected cocaine dealer from Wausau is under arrest. Criminal charges against 38-year-old Rayco Richardson accuse him of traveling to and from Minneapolis to pick up drugs to be sold in Central Wisconsin. He was arrested Monday after a traffic stop on Highway 29 in Abbotsford.
A police report says cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in Richardson's car when he was pulled over. Police had been tracking him since getting a tip in January.
Richardson's accomplice, 21-year-old Joshua King, reached a plea bargain in April and was sentenced to a year in jail and seven years probation.
Richardson is being held on $10,000 cash bond, and will make a court appearance July 2.
