WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday threw out a federal regulation that implements key subsidies that are vital to President Barack Obama's healthcare overhaul. WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- A summer of cinema kicks off tonight with Screen on the Green on the 400 Block in Wausau.

Tonight's movie will be High Fidelity, and Wausau Events marketing director Kasey Taube says it's part of their effort to show different genres of movies over the summer. "We're actually adding two nights, so we're still doing our family night and that's going to be August 29th. We're playing Frozen and that one's at Athletic Park. But in addition to the kids movie we wanted to add two movies that would appeal to a different demographic."

The party gets underway tonight at 7. "We've got Graham Coulson coming and he's a DJ and he's going to spin some records before the movie starts. We just want to hang out and have a good time, and hang out on the Square and bring people downtown." Taube says you should show up early. "And we'll also have kettle corn and the usual vendors that come down for Screen on the Green, and people can bring coolers and chairs and set up and watch the movie which starts around nine."

The other two movies coming up this year will be Frozen and Casablanca. You can find out more online at http://wausauevents.org.
