UNDATED (WSAU) The Ho Chunk tribe is announcing plans to spend $143-million to expand their casinos. Two of the projects will be in Central Wisconsin.
Their Wittenberg facility will get a larger casino, a new hotel and convention center, and a new parking structure. The tribe's Nekoosa casino will get a new hotel, and larger activities center, and a new parking garage. The tribe also announced renovations to their Black River Falls and Wisconsin Dells facilities.
The tribe approved the funding for the projects last March. Work will begin this fall.
