MERRILL, Wis. (WSAU) — The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help to solve a burglary.
The burglary was in the Town of Corning last Wednesday evening. A resident reported a home was entered by force off of County Rd MM, and numerous items were taken. The investigating deputy reports that the home seemed to have been ransacked and jewelry, four guns, several electronics items including a Samsung 32″ TV, a stainless steel grill, and large amount of fishing equipment were taken.
The home was considered seasonal but evidence found at the scene indicated the burglary might have taken place in the last several days.
