CANTON, Ohio (WSAU) – Former Packer quarterback Brett Favre joins seven other legends in the Pro Football Hall of Fame tonight. The induction ceremonies begin at 6pm.
Favre spent most of his NFL career in Green Bay after being traded from the Atlanta Falcons in 1991.
He led the Packers to great success including two Super Bowl appearances and a win in Super Bowl XXXI. He also won the MVP award 3 straight times from 1995-97 and set many NFL passing records.
Also being inducted today: former Packer and Steeler LB Kevin Greene, former Ram OL Orlando Pace,former Raider QB Ken Stabler, long time coach Tony Dungy, former Colts receiver Marvin Harrison as well as Dick Stanfel and Edward DeBartolo Jr.
