(Green Bay, WI) — Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers confirms he had knee surgery just a few days after the season ended. An E-S-P-N report calls the procedure “clean-up of an old injury.”
Rodgers told the network he is recovering well. Despite the need for post-season surgery, number-12 was on the Packers injury report only once this season.
He had reconstructive surgery on a knee in 2004.
