MILWAUKEE, WI (MetroSource-WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers hit three home runs off Zack Greinke in a 4-2 win over the Diamondbacks in the opener of a three-game set at Miller Park.
Travis Shaw smacked a two-run homer in the first inning, and Domingo Santana and Lorenzo Cain added solo shots as Milwaukee won for the sixth time in eight games.
Chase Anderson returned from the disabled list to pitch six innings of two-run ball for the win. Corey Knebel notched his second save.
Jake Lamb hit his first home run of the year for Arizona, which has lost five straight and 11-of-12. Greinke fell to 3-and-3.
The two teams play again tonight…pre game at 6:05 on WSAU.
