It was a case of one, two , three strikes your left out for agriculture's' on their legislative priorities for 2013. The ag community began the year hoping to see congress pass a new long term farm bill, initiate some meaning full immigration reform policy and provide some funding for the water resource development act to help upgrade an aging locks and dams system. Unfortunately not one of those three goals were reached. Still during his visit to the Wisconsin Farm Bureau annual meeting AFBF President Bob Stahlman seemed to feel that 2014 may be different.
