WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – A man who was high on marijuana during a 2017 fatal crash is facing criminal charges.
Ian Rosebrook, now 25, is charged with operating with a suspended license causing death, and operating while intoxicated with a minor passenger in his vehicle.
Rosebrook is accused of crashing into another vehicle on Highway 34 in Knowlton. The wreck killed his girlfriend and injured her 3-month-old child.
Rosebrook had his license suspended after a crash two weeks earlier in Waupaca County.
He is scheduled for an initial appearance in Marathon County court on September 2nd.
