STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — The UWSP women’s basketball team used a 24-4 third quarter run to rally past Platteville 64-59 on Friday night
Bailee Collins had 15 points. Jessica Slowik had 13 and Abbie Campion added 11.
The Pointers, now 2-2, will head to Oshkosh on Wednesday.
The UWSP men’s basketball team lost at Platteville 73-68 on Friday night .
Philp Flory had 25 and Zach Mootz had a career high 19 for the Pointers.
The Pointers, now 1-3, will host Oshkosh on Wednesday.
UW-River Falls scored three first period goals and went on to beat UWSP 6-2 in men’s hockey Friday night at KB Willet Arena.
The Pointer goals went to Zach Zech and Carter Roo.
The Pointers, now 2-2, will host Superior on Wednesday.
The UWSP women’s hockey team lost 7-1 Friday night at River Falls.
The lone Pointer goal went to Dani Heitsman.
The Pointers, now 0-3-1, will play Northland College on Wednesday.
