MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The City of Milwaukee has signed off on 25% capacity for fans at American Family Field to begin the major league baseball season. It will be the first time in 18 months there will be fans at a Brewers game.
Brewers President of Business Operations, Rick Schlesinger called it “an exciting day for us, as well as our fans and partners who we know are eager to return to American Family Field.”
He also said, “We appreciate the cooperation of Health Commissioner Kirsten Johnson and her staff as they reviewed our detailed plan to safely allow fans to watch Brewers games in person.”
Season ticket holders will be notified of options this week. Information on individual games will be announced at a later date.
Opening Day is April 1st vs Minnesota.
