MADISON, WI (WRN) – The Department of Health Services reported that 736 people tested positive for COVID-19 over the weekend, 462 on Saturday and 274 on Sunday.
The Hospital Association reports that as of Sunday night, 212 people are currently hospitalized with the disease. That’s down 14 from Saturday and 37 from a week ago. 57 people are currently in the ICU from the coronavirus.
In terms of COVID-19 vaccinations, 1,962,159 doses have been administered in the state.
1,231,092 Wisconsinites have received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose. 67.6% of people aged 65 or older in the state have received at least one dose.
Nearly 12% of all Wisconsin residents have completed their vaccination series, or 687,640 people.
