MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Tuesday that Mexico and Guatemala have signed an agreement to apply his “sembrando vida” (sowing life) tree-planting scheme in Guatemala, as part of efforts to create jobs and stem migration.
