RHINELANDER, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — The rules for the chair line at this year’s Hodag Festival will be different.
It will still be lottery-style but to make it go faster vouchers will now be needed by one person in your group. Then you’ll spin a wheel for a time and area to take your chairs out to place.
You can get vouchers by sending an email to hcfhodag.com.
“Lines got long, it took up a whole day. Sometimes when the weather was bad either it was too hot or rainy. We’ve talked about for years how we can fix it and this was the time to change it and address it,” said Jerry Van Harpen, Festival Coordinator.
The vouchers will not be required to attend the festival, but there is no extra cost if you’d like to try for one.
