OCONTO, WI (WSAU) — Police in Oconto are warning the public about an attempted homicide suspect who should be considered armed and dangerous.
Cody J Krueger is wanted in connection with an incident that occurred on September 3. Police haven’t made any details about the robbery, but they did say Krueger was armed with a small-caliber pistol when it happened.
The 24-year-old’s last known address was in the Algoma area but officers believe he is likely in the Kewaunee or Door County area. He may be with 19-year-old Kyra L Saldana.
Officers emphasize that he should be considered armed and dangerous. Krueger has been known to make comments about being willing to “shoot anyone trying to take his freedom away,” and has previously made comments about committing “suicide by cop.” He is also known to drive with a sawed-off shotgun pointed at the driver’s side door.
Krueger has several tattoos including a swastika on his knee, barbed wire on his left hand and fingers, and a cross on his left calf. Both of his ears are pierced as well.
He may be driving a grey Honda Accord with self-painted racing stripes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts or who sees him should not approach and instead call 911 immediately from a safe distance.
