WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Wausau West solidified their hold on first place in the Valley Football Association-West Division with a 42-6 win over Appleton West. The Warriors roared out to a 28-0 lead at halftime for homecoming at Thom Field.
SPASH suffered their third loss of the season, falling in a non-conference game to Sussex-Hamilton, 28-20.
D.C. Everest trailed 6-0 early, then rallied to beat Hortonville, 30-15.
Wisconsin Rapids took their rivalry game from Marshfield, 26-7.
