MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks were back at Fiserve Forum on Sunday night and hammered the Oklahoma City Thunder 130-110 to pick up their first win of the pre-season.
The Bucks had eight players in double figures in the victory. Milwaukee had their starters play for the first time and they helped the team 81 first half points. Khris Middleton had 14 points, Grayson Allen had 13 and Jrue Holiday & Brook Lopez had 11 each. Giannis played 17 minutes and had 8 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
Jordan Nwora led all scorers with 15 points and eight rebounds. Pat Connaughton had 12 points and Elijah Bryant added 14. Tremont Waters had 11.
The Bucks, now 1-2 in the preseason will head to Utah for a game on Wednesday night. They will finish the pre-season at home on Friday vs Dallas.
The Bucks open the regular season at Fiserv Forum against Brooklyn on Tuesday October 19th.
