HOWARD, WI (WSAU-WTAQ) — Officers in Howard have issued a statewide be on the lookout for a missing man.
Friends and family say that Phillip S Pociopa has been missing since October 30th when he was at his home. He hasn’t been heard from since, which they say is unlike him.
Pociopa is in his early 30s and drives a 2016 Chevy Impala with Wisconsin plates 153 ZBN. No further description was given.
