GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — Green Bay held a 36-17 lead after three quarters only to see the Rams score 11 unanswered in the fourth, but Green Bay smothered an onside kick attempt with 18 seconds remaining to preserve a 36-28 win on Sunday at Lambeau.
Aaron Rodgers finished 28/45 for 307 yards and two touchdowns in the contest. He added two rushes for zero net yards and one TD. Randall Cobb and AJ Dillion each recorded a touchdown reception in the win.
Davante Adams led the team in receiving yards with 8 catches for 104 yards. Cobb added four catches for 95 yards and one score.
Defensively the Packers were led by Rasul Douglas who recorded six tackles and one interception that was returned for a touchdown. Krys Barns led the team in tackles with nine (seven solo).
For the second week in a row Kicker Mason Crosby doinked the ball off the upright- his only miss of the day (3/4 FG, 3/3 PAT).
Green Bay moves to 9-3 on the season going into their bye week. Los Angeles falls to 7-4, their third consecutive loss and second since signing Pro Bowl WR Odell Beckham Jr. OBJ did record his first Rams touchdown in the loss, one of three TD passes by QB Matthew Stafford.
LA will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars next week, marking the return of DB Jalen Ramsey to the team that originally drafted him.
