STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — The Portage County Business Council has announced they are postponing the 2022 awards banquet due to the state of the COVID-19 pandemic in the region.
The small business award winners will now be recognized Monday, March 7th. The event will still be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center in Stevens Point.
Businesses that are slated to be honored include Mission Coffee House and Gamber-Johnson LLC. The PCBC will also be recognizing Sherri Galle-Teske with the President’s Award.
Galle-Teske works as an ambassador for the PCBC and is the director of the Humane Society of Portage County.
