MADISON, WI (WSAU) — Three University of Wisconsin coaches received contract extensions on Friday.
The five year contracts of football coach Paul Chryst, volleyball coach Kelly Sheffield and womens soccer coach Paula Wilkens were each extended by one year until January of 2027.
Sheffield won the NCAA Championship with his squad in December. Chrsyt led the football team to a 9-4 record and a win in the Las Vegas Bowl. Wilkens took the Badgers to the 3rd round of the NCAA womens soccer tournament and finished the season with 10 wins.
