YANQING, China (Reuters) – The start of the Beijing Olympics women’s downhill race, which was due to kick off at 1100 local time (0300 GMT) on Tuesday, would be delayed by at least 30 minutes due to high winds, officials said
A decision would be made at around 1100 local time whether to go ahead at 1130, they added.
