TOWN OF MERRILL, WI (WSAU) — A Lincoln County man has been arrested on multiple charges after he keyed his way into a home in the Town of Merrill without permission.
Officers say a woman in the Little Florida mobile home park woke up early Monday to find the man in her home. Police discovered that he had numerous keys in his possession that fit locks on the victims’ vehicles and homes.
Charges of burglary, trespassing, possessing stolen property, theft, and bail jumping are being recommended against the man.
Officers also discovered another set of keys in the man’s possession that did not belong to the victim. They are asking anyone who recognizes them to call the Sheriff’s Office at 715-536-6272 attention Deputy Zunker.
