PHOENIX, AZ (WSAU) — Sunday marks the mandatory report date for all players following the end of the MLB lockout this week.
Full-team workouts began Friday, and the first spring training game for the Crew is set for March 18th at the LA Dodgers according to a revised schedule that was posted late last week.
Milwaukee will now play 18 Spring Training games before opening the regular season against the Chicago Cubs on the Northside on April 7th. They’ll then travel to Baltimore to play the O’s in their home opener Monday, March 11th before returning to Milwaukee for their first home game against the Cardinals on the 14th.
The complete 2022 schedule is still being finalized with doubleheaders being added to make up for the games that were originally removed during the CBA dispute.
