MADISON, WI (WSAU) — Students who earn associate’s degrees at eight technical colleges in Wisconsin will be able to transfer to the state’s public universities.
The UW System announced Friday that those who earn an associate of arts or science degree in liberal studies will be able to transfer to UW schools with junior standing.
The programs are made up of 60 credits, of which 39-41 are general education and 19-21 are electives. The new agreement is in addition to a credit transfer agreement announced in the fall.
