MILWAUKEE, Wi (WSAU) — The St. Louis Cardinals knocked Freddy Peralta around early and cruised to a 10-1 win on Friday night at American Family Field.
Peralta allowed 6 runs on 7 hits in three innings of work. He walked two and struck out four.
The Cardinals scored four runs in the 1st and two in the 2nd. They added two runs in the fifth and two more in the 9th.
Tyler O’Neill and Andrew Knizner had three RBIs each for St. Louis. Omar Narvaez knocked in the only Brewer run.
Milwaukee, now 4-4, will host St. Louis again tonight. Pre game show at 5:35 on WSAU.
