LONDON (Reuters) – Britain’s competition regulator said Microsoft Corp’s acquisition of “Call of Duty” maker Activision Blizzard Inc may be expected to result in substantial lessening of competition.
“Merger will be referred for an in-depth investigation unless the parties offer acceptable undertakings to address these competition concerns,” the watchdog said in a statement.
