STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — The 21st ranked UWSP volleyball team knocked off UW-Stout 3-1 to open WIAC play on Wednesday.
Ashely Kopp had 21 kills. She also had four service aces and nine digs. Sydney Mosinski had 10 kills while Grace Michalske added 36 assists.
The Pointers , now 8-1, 1-0 in WIAC, will travel to Iowa to take on Loras and Gustavus Adolphus on Friday.
The UWSP womens soccer team settled for a 1-1 draw with Carthage Wednesday in Kenosha.
Kati Frierdich had the Pointer goal.
The Pointers, now 1-3-2, will host Wartburg on Saturday at noon.
